For patients

You don't have to face
your surgery alone.

We're a small clinical team that walks beside you — from the week before your operation through to your 90-day review. One named contact. Real people on the other end of the phone.

No commitment. We're here whether you book a pathway with us or not.

How it works

Before, during, and after.

The same small team supports you through three phases of your surgery. The whole pathway lasts about 100 days from start to sign-off.

  1. Before

    We prepare you

A virtual consultation, blood work review, and (Tier 2) nutrition + at-home physio conditioning. Most patients start 4–6 weeks before surgery.

What this looks like in practice
    • One-hour virtual consultation with our clinical team — your medical history, current medications, what you're worried about
    • Pre-op blood work and anaesthetic risk review — we flag anything that needs your surgeon's attention
    • Tier 2 only: dietitian-led meal plan, two at-home physio sessions for conditioning
    • A written preparation plan you can share with your family
  2. During

    We coordinate

The day of your operation, we liaise with the hospital and your surgeon. You don't have to project-manage anything.

What this looks like in practice
    • Confirmation of your admission time and what to bring
    • Your surgical team has your full SR preparation summary in advance
    • Same-day post-op call once you're awake and settled — short, just a check-in
    • Family or carer briefed on what to expect overnight
  3. After

    We stay with you

Phone or WhatsApp check-ins on Day 1, 3, 7, 30 and 90. One named clinical contact for the entire pathway. Anything clinical goes straight to your surgeon.

What this looks like in practice
    • Day 1, 3, 7 — wound, pain, medication, mobility, sleep
    • Day 30 — structured recovery questionnaire (PROMs), red-flag review
    • Day 90 — final virtual or in-person review with your assigned physician
    • Between every step, you can reach us by WhatsApp, phone or email — with rapid escalation to your surgeon if anything looks wrong
In their own words

Two stories from our patients.

Anonymised — first names changed — but every detail is real.

"They picked up something the day before my operation that nobody else had."

Sarah, 48, had been waiting months for her cancer surgery. The morning of the operation she would have been turned away — a missing blood test the hospital hadn't flagged. Our team spotted it the day before, called her consultant overnight, and got it resolved in time.

She went into theatre on schedule, and only found out afterwards that her surgery had nearly been cancelled.

"They didn't tell me I couldn't have the surgery. They built me back up so I could."

Margaret, 80, was told after her anaesthetic assessment that she wasn't fit enough for her operation. Chemotherapy had left her weak; another surgeon might have called it off. We spent four weeks with her — physio twice a week at home, a nutrition plan she could actually stick to, regular calls to keep her motivated.

She passed her reassessment, had the operation safely, and rang us on Day 7 to say it was the strongest she'd felt in months.

What patients say.

"I felt looked after from the week before surgery right through to my 90-day review. Knowing someone would answer the phone made the whole thing less frightening."

Frequently asked

The questions patients actually ask.

Yes. You'll have a named clinical contact — usually a senior nurse — for the entire pathway. You won't be passed around. Behind them sits the wider team (physicians, dietitians, physiotherapists), but the person on the phone when you call is consistent.

Always. We encourage it. Many patients ask their partner or an adult child to be on the Day 1 and Day 7 calls — they're often the ones who notice something the patient doesn't. We can also brief a family member separately if you'd like that.

That's exactly what the free 15-minute call is for. Nobody books a pathway on the first call — that's not how this works. Take your time. Ask questions. Talk to your family. We're here either way.

You book a free 15-minute call with our clinical team. We talk through your surgery and recommend a tier. You pay us directly. Before your operation, you have a virtual consultation; afterwards, we check in with you at Day 1, 3, 7, 30 and 90 by phone or WhatsApp. Anything clinical is flagged to your surgeon immediately.

A physician-led clinical team, with Dr Hanieh Asadi as Clinical Lead. Pre-op and post-op consultations are run by GMC-registered physicians. Dietitians and physiotherapists are HCPC-registered. Every clinical decision is reviewed by Dr Asadi or her clinical-lead colleague.

Our clinical team is available by WhatsApp, phone or email throughout your pathway, with a named contact and rapid escalation. Anything clinically significant is flagged to your surgeon immediately. For emergencies, you call 999 or attend A&E exactly as you would otherwise — we then liaise with the hospital and your surgeon to support continuity.

Either. Most patients are introduced to us by their surgeon, but you can also book directly — we'll coordinate with whichever consultant is doing your operation.

If your surgery is cancelled before it happens, your pathway pauses with no further cost. When the operation is rescheduled, we pick up where we left off — nothing extra to pay. If your surgery is cancelled mid-pathway through no fault of yours (illness, hospital scheduling), we refund the unused portion.

Two pathways. You choose what fits.

Both tiers are delivered by the same physician-led clinical team. Most patients choose Tier 2 — the core pathway we recommend for the majority of cases.
