Your surgeon and hospital look after the operation. We look after the whole journey: one record, a named coordinator, a doctor who prepares you, rehabilitation at home and a review three months after your operation.

    Your coordinator

    Your named coordinator messages you on WhatsApp, explains what happens next and collects your details and clinic letter.

  2. Four weeks before
    Your doctor

    A senior doctor reviews you in a virtual consultation and writes your plan. Anything to fix before the day goes to your surgeon, weeks ahead.

  3. Two weeks before
    Ready for surgery

    Your plan is checked and your hospital gets one set of information. Complete adds a dietitian consultation with a meal guide and two physiotherapy sessions; Premium has the same with eight physiotherapy sessions.

  4. Surgery
    Your operation

    Your surgeon operates and your hospital looks after you. We never book or take part in the operation.

  5. The first month
    Recovery at home

    Doctor check-ins and rehabilitation in your own home. If something changes, tell your coordinator: a doctor reviews it and we tell your surgeon.

  6. Three months after
    Final review

    A last review with your doctor and a written summary for you, your surgeon and — with your consent — your GP.

How we measure your recovery

We ask you how prepared you feel the day before your operation, how your recovery is going at set points afterwards, and how likely you are to recommend us. Your surgeon and GP receive a summary at discharge and at your three-month review.
