Your coordination team is available Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00, and at weekends, 09:00–17:00. Every package has a response standard: next working day (Foundation), within four working hours (Complete), within four hours including weekends (Premium and our higher-tier rehabilitation and international programmes).

Outside those hours, message us and you will receive an immediate acknowledgement telling you when we reopen. We are a planned clinical service, not an emergency service. In an emergency call 999 or go to A&E. For anything urgent that is not an emergency, call NHS 111.
