What does Seento cost?

Seento is free for referring surgeons. Your patient pays for their agreed Surgical Recovery clinical care package, only after a doctor has accepted them.

Does my secretary pay for a seat?

No. Secretary and admin seats are free.

Who owns the data?

Your practice owns your patients’ records. We look after them on your behalf.

How long does moving across take?

We agree the scope and timing with you before any migration. A sample import, parallel run and full migration must be confirmed in writing.

Where is the data held?

Before software access, we confirm the data arrangements, hosting location and responsibilities in the relevant privacy and processing information.

When can my practice start?

Seento and clinical referrals to Surgical Recovery are both available now. Ask our team to set up access; scope, permissions and features are agreed with you before you start.

Does it work with Healthcode?

Healthcode billing is planned. It is not offered as a live integration; supported routes will be confirmed after access, testing and release checks.

What does your clinical team take responsibility for?

For patients you hand to us, our doctor-led team is responsible for their care within the agreed programme. For patients your own team looks after on Seento, your practice names the clinician responsible.
